It is a robust recorder, designed for long service life. The recorder is easy to operate and require minimal training.

Installation

Our team of in-house Installation engineers have years of experience installing our range of audio only and audio and video interview recorders for both the Police and other government organisations. In addition to interview and monitoring room scenarios we have fitted out training suites
All installation engineers are security cleared to NPPV3 level.

Maintenance

We offer a number of tailored maintenance and support options to meet the operational requirements of customers. Contracts have been running for over 32 years, and have simply been adapted to meet the latest technologies offered.

Repairs

Repairs are undertaken by our dedicated, experienced in-house team of engineers both at customer premises and at our workshops in Luton.
