Thousands of DHC's proven end-to-end digital systems, including the MultiStream recorders, cameras, microphones and associated hardware, firmware and software, are now in daily service around the world, ranging from many forces at home in the United Kingdom to the most demanding environments of Australia and across the Caribbean. A new professional DVD/CD transcriber has also been launched to complement the MultiStream range offering the additional benefit of being able to support other manufacturer's recorders.
The MultiStream range has been specifically designed from component level upward to comply with police legislation on suspect and vulnerable witness interviews including, but not limited to, PACE, Private Standard CJS2004 and the Home Office Memorandum of Good Practice. DHC-designed digital recording systems are available for all static and portable applications.
Ancillary equipment from DHC and all the major manufacturers worldwide is available, including: cameras, microphones, monitors, duplicators, and media; all at competitive prices to enable budgets to be met. Comprehensive maintenance and repair facilities are available to support equipment throughout life. Throughout the UK, support is provided by DHC's own dedicated engineers either at the Luton facility or in the field. In Australia products are well supported by Amber Technology, VISCOM Technologies and Mastatek.
Installations may also be designed and carried out by the company's highly experienced and dedicated teams. These installations range from single interview rooms and vulnerable and intimidated witness suites to complete stations, HQ's, major immigration centres and force-wide multi-million pound contracts.
