History

Since 1985, we been at the forefront of interview recording equipment development and manufacture.

The Founder, former Chief Superintendent David Horn, brought to his new company a wealth of procedural and technical knowledge after being a senior member of the Home Office Steering Group responsible for the introduction of the UK’s Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE). This in-depth knowledge of the subject has spread and developed across the now multi-million pound company which currently designs and manufactures the most advanced digital video interview recording systems available and is also the world’s largest manufacturer.

The Company has enjoyed steady growth over the past thirty five years, employing more specialist engineers and expanding twice into larger premises. A wealth of highly specialized police, government and industry knowledge has now been amassed and although still leading the way on interview recording technologies the Company’s product range now encompasses an extensive range of world-leading audio-video surveillance and evidence-gathering equipment.

The company, with its headquarters in Luton just north of London, is strategically placed within minutes of the M1 motorway, major trunk roads, north-south rail lines and the London-Luton International Airport.
